OASIS social housing Madrid

Located in the south of  Madrid between a highway 

and a vast industrial area, the project organizes 146 

 prefabricated flats around two patios introducing 

principles of sustainability into low cost social housing 

such as geothermal heating and cooling, solar warn 

water and biological wastewater treatment.
