The court’s location, being the border
between two

continuous block houses, determined the project.
The main facades, facing the
boulevard, are similar in
shape to those of the detached houses, while their
side
facades harmonize with the bigger building on the other side.
The main façade of the building is made of concrete, panels
of prefabricated concrete
and steel.
