The concept  of the building is based on a curvilinear 

spine which leads to the main access. 

Balconies are facing this sinuous path, and the classrooms 
and corridors interact with and complement each other. 

The wavy forms of the façade are in contrast with the net and 
straight volumes of its classrooms workshops and library.
