landmark tower U2 studio

A crystal faces the landscape 
in it’s way of being a light 
structure with a characteristic.
Slightly folded outer skin, 
glowing and reflecting at 
the end of Britain Quay. 

Respecting the nature of the site. 
The building marks the tip end of Grand Canal Dock, 
providing all required urban and environmental needs.  
The U2 studios are located on top floor, with the view
to the southwest. 
A private roof garden, surrounded by the façade is 
shown in plan. This building is an optimistic sign for 
the further development of the port  authorities planning 
and connects with other high landmarks in town.
