The granite masonry of
the façade is made of stones cut
against the grain in search of porous surface
which allows
the granite to tear easier. The spaces with greater acoustic
needs
are linked to a large concrete basement below
ground level, which conforms the
settling of the building and
the accesses as well as regulates the slopes of
the topography.
