The project was intended to combine the functionality 

of a residential estate with the linear beauty of a bullet train. 

Each apartment within the residential estate has a modular 

structure, with variable configurations of the rooms grouped 

around the kitchen and the bath Built-in cupboards and foldaway 

beds and tables permit tailored space use by the tenants. 

Moreover, the building features a characteristic façade.
