KDJ YACHTING MARINA 

The yacht club is placed on the site as a (folded)

 roof with large, open, north facing facades

 towards the harbor and resund. The yacht club 

will be constructed as a timber and steel structure.

 Its exterior surfaces being predominantly timber decks, glass facades and black asphalt (on the roof) . On the interior, the architecture is dominated by timber flooring, glass facades and glass partition walls, as well as timber-clad walls and timber slat ceiling cladding.
